I had the good fortune to chat with Justin Baker on his podcast ‘Just in Conversation’ about how he stumbled across my olive farming memoir. We also talked about important things: creativity, fear, pursuing your dreams, and heaps more.
In the height of the early days of the COVID pandemic, Justin was locked down in his apartment in Los Angeles, and he found a way to escape to what he calls ‘a magical olive grove in rural New Zealand’. He found my book on Amazon. It was his daily escape. After reading the book he connected with me on Instagram, and we eventually ended up chatting.
The world is a strange, mysterious and wonderful place.
